VERLIC sells clothing, accessories and related goods through verlic.co.za. By using this website or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We take care that descriptions, imagery and pricing are accurate, but minor variations may occur — fabric weight, colour and finish can differ slightly between batches and between screens.

Product imagery on the site may be placeholder or mock imagery until real photography is published. Always read the materials and fit notes before ordering.

Orders are made to order: nothing is printed until you place an order. When checkout goes live, payment will be processed by a licensed payment provider and you will receive an order confirmation by email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where an item is mispriced, out of stock or suspected of being fraudulent. Should a charge be made in error, it will be refunded in full.

Because pieces are produced on demand by our fulfilment partners, dispatch can take several working days and delivery times vary by destination. Estimated timelines are shown on each product.

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right. As each piece is made to order, we generally cannot accept returns for change of mind — please check sizes carefully (a size guide is available on each product).

The VERLIC name, the VERLIC mark (the gothic V with cross), the slogan “The Order Remains”, and all designs, copy and imagery on this site are the property of VERLIC. You may not reproduce, copy or exploit any of them without our written permission.

We respectfully decline any request to reproduce the mark in a context that misrepresents the brand or its beliefs.

Do not use this site to break the law, interfere with its operation, attempt to access restricted systems, or misuse the contact forms. We may suspend access for anyone who does.

VERLIC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or the purchase of its goods, to the maximum extent permitted by South African law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
